    Srđan Forca

    M.Sc. Srđan Forca was born in 1961 in Donji Vakuf.

    He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka in 1986, where he also passed the bar exam in 1989. He obtained the title of Master of Legal Sciences in 2014.

    He started his judicial career in the Municipal Court in Zenica as a trainee judge/independent professional associate in March 1987 and held that position until June 1992. In the period from November 1992 to February 2000, he was a judge of the First Instance Military Court in Banja Luka, after which he was a judge of the District Court in Banja Luka from March 2000 to March 2004.

    By decision of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH), he was appointed as a judge of the District Court in Banja Luka, with the beginning of his term of office on March 8, 2004. year and still performs that duty today.

    He is a member of the Association of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republika Srpska and a member of the Commission for Bar Exams since 2005.

    The judges of the district courts, the Higher Commercial Court in Banja Luka, the basic courts and the district commercial courts of the Republic of Srpska elected him as a member of the HJPC Bosnia and Herzegovina in January 2021.
