Note: In accordance with Article 17, paragraph (5) of the Rules of Procedure of the HJPC BiH and Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Decision on the Appointment of Members of Standing Committees No. 08-07-2-398-2/2021 dated 18 March 2021, if a member of a standing committee’s mandate as a Council member expires or is otherwise terminated, the newly elected Council member who replaces them shall assume their place in the standing committee.
